How do I contact you?

The fastest way to reach us is through Facebook Messenger. Join the Some Angel Facebook Group to message us directly — we typically respond very quickly there.

Group members also get access to sample sales and exclusive drops you won’t see on our website.

How do I choose the right size?

• Sizing varies by item — please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
• If you're unsure which size to order, you may purchase multiple sizes and return the ones that do not fit for a full refund (items must be in original condition). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• If you have additional fit questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

--How to Take Accurate Measurements--

Knowing your body measurements makes online shopping so much easier.

• Use a cloth measuring tape (or a non-stretch string and measure it against a ruler).
• For best results, have someone else measure you.
• Hold the tape snug but not tight.
• Keep the tape parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.
• Wear the bra you plan to wear with the item when measuring your bust.
• Ideally, measure over undergarments for accuracy.

--Measurement Guide--

• Shoulders: Measure across your back from one shoulder corner to the other.
• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust (above the bra band).
• Waist: Measure the smallest part of your natural waist (below ribs, above bellybutton).
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
• Sleeve: With arm slightly bent, measure from shoulder corner down to desired sleeve length.

Can I choose a different fabric print?

Yes! If a product is customizable, you’ll see our Pattern Library directly below the product listing.

Please note that the Pattern Library includes many designs, so it may take a few moments to fully load.

Once you’ve selected your favorite print, enter the pattern name in the box labeled “Enter Your Fabric Name” on the product page. We’ll use that fabric for your custom item.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in perfect, unworn condition with original packaging attached.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (please allow 5–7 business days for processing).

Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or flawed, please email or send us a Facebook message within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item free of charge and cover all shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized items
• Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items purchased during a Sample Sale

Do you provide return labels?

If you need a return label, we’re happy to provide one for convenience.
We can email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print at home. The cost of the label must be paid before it is sent. Payment options include Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

When will my order ship?

• Most items are made to order unless they are listed in the Ready to Ship collection.
• Made-to-order apparel has an estimated turnaround time of 2–4 weeks, including shipping time.
• Graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tank tops typically ship within 4–7 business days.
• Items in the Ready to Ship collection usually ship within 1–7 business days.
